TEAM 1 - Parijsstraat (E)
You are now in the square at the back of the Royal Villa (D). Follow the pavement and make your way to the corner of Rue de Paris and Rue Royale. On one side of the street are the Venetian galleries. The only remnant of the former Royal Villa of Leopold II. Leopold II was a big fan of Paris, a city he regularly visited for official state affairs. There, he gets to know a young Parisienne, a 'girl of pleasure' as it is referred to, who listens to the name 'Blanche Delacroix'. He takes her to Ostend and installs her in a villa right opposite the Venetian galleries across the street. Scroll down to find the assignment at the bottom of the map.
